Ally graduated from Wright State University in 2021 but started her HR career in 2019. In 2023, she received her SHRM-CP certification. As HR Manager, Ally manages all things HR for MT Studio including: payroll, benefits, recruiting/retention, professional development, etc. She enjoys the people she gets to work alongside with every day and is passionate about maintaining the culture that MT Studio has created.
